New automated machine for edge processing
The excellence of ski service, branded Wintersteiger, arrives at our rental in Bellamonte. An investment that will greatly improve our ski service in Val di Fiemme. Speed, precision and uncompromising quality. Our new Trimjet II is designed for the processing of the edges, side and tuning, with several customization options based on the request and the desired result. With this machine, processing times are drastically reduced. Very competitive delivery times are therefore guaranteed, without sacrificing time for fun.

What kind of processing can we carry out?
This winter season opens with a great innovation: our new Trimjet II.
Trimjet II is an automated machine for edge processing, both side and tuning. The work can be carried out according to standard specifications or customized upon customer request. The ceramic material cups, their pistons and the automated sliding table allow for clean, precise and safe processing. We operators therefore have the possibility to work with different pressure settings, depending on the type of finish we want to achieve. For edge processing we can range within the following values: for the side edge between 89° and 86° with the possibility of half measures (e.g. 88.5°); for tuning between 0.5° and 3°.
What advantages do you have?
The purchase of this machine will allow us to return to you skis and snowboards perfectly ground. Even if the edge is very damaged, thanks to its technology and innovation, we will be able to work much faster. Consequently, even in the case of a large workload, we will be able to carry out precise processing in half the time. This means for you not having to wait days before taking back your equipment. You will leave it safely at our rental in the evening, and pick it up the next morning, ready and perfect, without losing even a minute on the slopes. Moreover, I’ll tell you a secret. But this is not a promise! If the shop crowd and workload allow it, we could return the equipment even within half an hour or at most a few hours: without any extra charge.
